1. Who we are

2. Website visits

When you open a page, our hosting provider automatically records your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. These server logs are used to keep the site secure and working and are deleted after 30 days.

3. Wholesale requests

If you use the request form, we collect your business name, contact name, email address, phone number, business type, expected volume, the candy you are interested in and any message you add. We use this information only to reply, prepare a price sheet and handle any resulting order. Your phone number is used only to call you about your request. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for advertising.

4. Google Fonts

Fonts from Google Fonts are loaded only after you consent in the privacy settings. Your browser then connects to servers of Google LLC, which receive your IP address. Without consent, system fonts are used.

5. Retention

Requests that do not lead to an order are deleted after 12 months. Records of customers and invoices are kept for seven years to meet tax requirements.

6. Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. California residents have these rights under the CCPA, and visitors from the EU or UK have additional rights under the GDPR, including the right to complain to a supervisory authority. Send requests by email and we will respond within 45 days.

7. Service providers

Your information is processed by our website host and our email provider, who handle it only on our behalf. Payments for orders go through our bank or card processor and never pass through this website.

8. Children and changes

This site is not directed at children under 13. If we change these practices, the date above will be updated.
