01

Saltwater taffy

Cooked, pulled on the hook until it turns opaque, cut and twisted in wax paper the same afternoon. Soft enough that nobody worries about their fillings.

Classic mix

Any combination of the 24 flavors below. Tell us the split or let us mix it evenly.

Single-flavor cases

One flavor per 5 lb case. Popular with shops that sell taffy loose from jars.

Color-matched event mix

Up to three colors picked to match a wedding or brand palette. Flavors follow the colors, so ask us which ones fit.

02

Hard candy

Poured on marble, cut with scissors while it is still warm. Humidity is the enemy, so we stop making it on the muggiest days of July.

Peppermint pillows

Soft-crunch pillows with a white center stripe. Our best seller at grocery registers.

Horehound drops

Bitter, herbal, old-fashioned. The customers who want them really want them.

Sour cherry drops

Dark red, tart, a little dusted with citric acid.

Butterscotch discs

Brown sugar and butter flavor, individually wrapped in clear film.

Honey lemon drops

Made with Pennsylvania wildflower honey. Popular in winter, obviously.

03

Fudge

Beaten by hand on the marble until it loses its shine, then set overnight. Pre-cut trays have 1 oz squares, slabs are for shops that cut to order.

Chocolate

The one everyone orders first.

Chocolate walnut

Chopped walnuts all the way through, not just on top.

Peanut butter

Contains peanuts. Softer than the chocolate, travels a bit less well in summer.

Maple

Real maple syrup, no maple flavoring.

Brown sugar penuche

Caramel-like and very sweet. A regional thing our older customers ask for by name.

Long rods, fully dipped, with a thin drizzle of milk chocolate.

Milk chocolate twists with sea salt

Small twists, good for mixing into favor bags.
